FRY in Inhibiting EMT and Its Anti-Invasion/Metastasis Effects in Breast Cancer

This study will examine the molecular mechanisms of the FRY gene in inhibiting breast cancer progression and invasions, metastasis and explore the diagnostic and therapeutic effects of FRY in breast cancer.

Abstract: The goal of this study is to investigate how the expression of the wild type or functionally mutated forms of the human FRY gene affects FRY’s ability in inhibiting EMT, tumor initiation, and metastasis, and to identify FRY-interacting proteins and FRY-associated signaling molecules.
