Danielle Meyer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Board Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition and the Clinical Director of the Dietetic Internship. She teaches NTR 523 and courses for the Dietetic Internship. She earned her Master of Science degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Maine. Her thesis studied the influence of potato type on satiety and other related responses. She has presented at national professional conferences and has been an invited speaker to many community outreach and cancer survivor events. Her career experience includes clinical dietetics with specialization in oncology, long term care, consultation, and bariatrics in a variety of locations that includes South Dakota, Virginia, Colorado and New York.
