Intercultural & Diversity Center

The Intercultural & Diversity Center’s (IDC) mission is to educate students through programs and events that increase their understanding of the multi-faceted aspects of diversity and the advantages of being at the University at Buffalo, a diverse institution. The center provides opportunities to engage in dialogue, celebrate differences and commonalities, and promote awareness about diversity and how it affects our beliefs, perceptions and the global society.

People of Color Council

The People of Color Council (POC) focuses on celebrating, preserving and educating students about the cultures of the minority population in America. POC clubs are also active in the Buffalo community and are united with a common goal—to increase minority representation at UB, SUNY and state levels.
