Project name: Psychological well-being among individuals in recovery from alcohol use disorder

Project goals: The goal of this project is to better understand and assess psychological well-being in daily life contexts among individuals in recovery from alcohol use disorder (AUD) by combining baseline measures and ecological momentary assessments (EMA).

Project tasks: Tasks for student researchers will be determined based on both project needs and student’s interests but will primarily include conducting scientific literature reviews, assisting with the development of study instruments and protocols, preparing study documents for IRB review, recruiting and screening participants, conducting laboratory visits (e.g., consenting, collecting baseline survey data), and daily monitoring of participant ecological momentary assessment compliance.

Duration of research experience: Summer, Fall

Time commitment: 6-10 hours per week

Will this be in person or remote: Lab on South Campus or Downtown (Clinical and Research Institute on Addictions)
