Project name: Cannabis 4 Cancer (C4C)
Project goals: The C4C Study is a multi-site, observational study that assesses cannabis use or non-use and pain in persons that identify as black and white that have or experienced cancer within three years. It will use ecological momentary assessment (mEMA) through a smartphone app and online surveys to ask questions regarding pain, health and the use of opioids, cannabis and tobacco over one year for 600 participants. Participants will meet remotely over zoom to complete monthly surveys and complete 7 days of mEMA surveys each month over the 12 months.
