The first CART online course will begin Fall 2021.

The online application is fast, easy and secure. A $50 non-refundable fee is required.

Once logged in to the Graduate Enrollment Services website, select "Assistive and Rehabilitative Technology - Advanced Certificate" from the dropdown list of Degree Programs on the Program of Study tab. 


Applications will be accepted for both fall and spring semester starts.


  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an assistive technology-related field
  • One year of human physiology and anatomy coursework
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0
