Juli A. Wylegala, PT, PhD, is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Rehabilitation and the director of clinical education for the Physical Therapy Program.

Wylegala's clinical interests include soft tissue injury/overuse, assessment and treatment. Her research interests include respiratory muscle training in clinical and athletic populations, swim related research, and more recently, research into the impact of clinical decision making on a variety of rehabilitation outcomes.

Wylegala is very involved in the We Can Row program; a rowing program for cancer survivors. When not on the water rowing, the participants are guided through exercise protocols designed and implemented by UB DPT student volunteers.
