Dana Eric Misenheimer conducts assistive technology evaluation and instructional services for individuals with disabilities, under a range of sponsored programs, enabling them to participate in vocational settings and attain their goals.

Dana provides direct assistive technology evaluation and instructional services to clients referred by the New York State Commission for the Blind (NYSCB) and Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR), as well as school districts and individuals through private pay funding. He also assists with the NYS Technology Related-Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities (TRAID) Program and provides presentations and demonstrations of assistive technology within the community. Dana also works with college students with disabilities through the Accessibility Resources office at UB.

Dana has a Master of Arts degree in English from SUNY Buffalo State University, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Hilbert College, and an Associate in Science degree in Communication and Media Arts from SUNY Erie Community College. He brings substantial experience supporting individuals with disabilities through the implementation of assistive technology from his previous positions in academic and supported living environments.
