Academics Day is part of UB's Welcome Weekend, the official kickoff to the fall semester for students. Connect with fellow new students, explore opportunities in the School of Public Health and Health Professions, and start your UB journey feeling confident and ready to thrive.

Schedule of Events
Mix and mingle with SPHHP students, faculty, and staff! Each academic department and student services area will have an interactive activity for students to engage with while completing their SPHHP 2026 Student Success Passport. Upon completion of the passport students will receive an SPHHP tee shirt and other school pride swag.
The Veggie Van will provide snacks and an open market for students to explore. Health and Wheels will also be on hand to provide students tours of the mobile unit and free blood pressure checks.
