Due dates

Rolling: Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis for both fall and spring semester starts.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an assistive technology-related field
  • One year of human physiology and anatomy coursework
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0

Application Materials

Submit the following materials as part of your online application.

International applicants

International applicants must also provide:

  • a TOEFL score of 550 (paper-based test) or 213 (computer-based test). When requesting your TOEFL scores, use these reporting codes: School 2925; Department 44. You must take the TOEFL test within two years of admission.
  • International Application Financial Form

Simply log in to the Graduate Enrollment Services website, and select "Assistive and Rehabilitative Technology--Advanced Certificate" from the dropdown list of Degree Programs on the Program of Study tab. A $50 non-refundable fee is required.
