Jessica A. Kulak, PhD, MPH is a Clinical Associate Professor whose research focuses on substance and tobacco use, as well as mental health in military familial relationships. Prior to joining the faculty in Community Health and Health Behavior, Dr. Kulak completed a NRSA Fellowship with the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, held teaching appointments at Buffalo State College and SUNY Brockport, and worked in research, primary education, and non-profit sector roles.
Dr. Kulak completed her PhD and MPH in Community Health and Health Behavior at the University at Buffalo, her MS in School and Community Mental Health Counseling at the University at Rochester, and her BS in Psychology and Health Science at SUNY Brockport.
