Log into your applicant status page to "accept" your offer of admission. It is important that you confirm your acceptance of your program on your personalized page.

If you are an international student, we are recommending your admission pending final review of your application and determination of your eligibility to receive the official documents necessary for a Student Visa. If the University at Buffalo learns that any fraudulent documents, false, or misleading information have been submitted as a part of your application, the University at Buffalo reserves the right to withdraw admission and revoke your certificate of Visa Eligibility.
Once you confirm your offer of admission, your application will now be processed by our International Admissions Office. We'll need you to submit the following required materials:

All incoming students must provide an official record in English of their measles, mumps and rubella immunity, and meet the meningitis information requirement. Exemptions can be requested for medical or religious reasons. Learn more about these requirements, exemptions, and how to provide sufficient documentation on the Student Life Health Resources page. Importantly, course registration is blocked until immunization and health requirements are met. Please make sure to submit all necessary documentation as soon as possible to remove holds on your account.
Final official transcripts may also be required. Please send these to your department when you have them available.
Admitted applicants who have indicated NYS Residency Status must provide acceptable documentation for verification of New York Residency Status. 3 Proof of Domicile documents must be provided. Please reference The Graduate School website, Verifying New York State Residency, for additional information and acceptable documentation for verification of NYS Residency Status.
MPH (Master's of Public Health)
Take some time to review course registration policies on the Registrar's website. There are several helpful areas, including information on graduate registration, as well as a series of helpful videos and guides. We recommend that you register for the listed courses as early as possible to get started in your program.
