Children’s Study

The goal of this study was to understand whether potential exposures before and after birth affected children’s development and health. Due to their smaller size, children can potentially be exposed to higher amounts of airborne chemicals that may influence their growth and development.

  • All participants of the health study who had noted that there were children under 18 years old in the household were invited to participate in the children’s study.
  • Participants completed a survey for each of their children.
  • In total, 514 children from 392 families were enrolled in the Children’s Study
