Public Computing Lab
The computer lab in Cary 235 open to all faculty and students is maintained by the School of Public Health and Health Professions IT team. Classes are held throughout the semester, otherwise, the lab is open for general student use including assignments, software access, printing, email, etc.
Specifications
- 55 PCs running Windows™ all with flat-panel monitors
- Microsoft Office™ applications, SAS, SPSS, R, Endnote, Nutritionist Pro, Stata is available on some computers
- Supervised: Yes--student assistants, security cameras
- Days and hours
- Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Reservations
To reserve the Cary Computer Lab for classroom activities, visit the SPHHP IT website, select Report Computer Lab Issue and submit a ticket to request your lab reservation. All reservations should not be considered scheduled until you receive confirmation.
