A record number of students from all five departments within the School of Public Health and Health Professions presented their research findings, answered questions and met with their colleagues to discuss next steps in their research at this year's Perry Poster Day.
This annual event allows graduate students and their faculty mentors to showcase posters that depict research, integrative/cumulative projects, and service projects to a School-wide audience.
Each department selected one or more winning posters and winners were presented with an award at the end of the ceremony. Winning research topics included bean consumption and maternal health, colorectal cancer risk factors, improving mobility for hospitalized patients, and more.
