June 15 | Application opens in PTCAS
October 1 | Firm Deadline
All required materials* MUST be submitted by this date.
Students that submit their application, provide all of their required materials* and meet the Department's minimum requirements for admission will be interviewed and considered for admission.
Volunteer hours must be COMPLETED by this date.
Volunteer hours must be VERIFIED by this date.
October 8 | Last day to pay the additional UB $50 application fee
Dec. 15 | PTCAS academic update
Applicants to add fall grades to PTCAS application and submit by Jan. 15
Dec. 15 | Admission letters go out
Jan. 15 | Commitment deadline
June 1 | NYS Residency paperwork due
Aug. 18-19 | Colloquium for accepted DPT students
Aug. 23 | Fall classes begin
*Required materials are: Applicant transcripts, volunteer/observation hours, references, course information input, written statements and $50 UB application fee
