Telemedicine Enhanced Asthma Management through the Emergency Department (TEAM-ED)

The study goals are to improve preventive asthma care for children 4-12 who present to the emergency department with an asthma exacerbation. The project will connect children back to their primary care physician using telemedicine. The goal is to provide preventive care guidelines and reduce asthma-related morbidity.
