Health on Wheels is coming to a neighborhood near you! Find out when our team will be in your area and schedule an appointment for convenient, high-quality services on the go.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we highly recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure you get the time slot that works best for you. Please bring a form of valid ID with you.
A scheduling calendar with locations, dates and time slots will be available soon.
The Health on Wheels mobile health units provide a variety of services including health screenings, health navigation and health education
