Sofia Perez Yudin

Sofia graduated from Florida State University with a BS in dietetics and graduated with an MS in clinical nutrition at the University at Buffalo. In the HEAT Lab she researched how nutrition impacts heat acclimation. Outside of academics, she enjoys exploring Buffalo’s restaurants and coffee shops and hiking in the Adirondacks. In the future, she plans to work as a clinical dietitian in Western New York.
