Innovation Phase (Stage & Gate 6): which itself has two options: 1) Build/code finished Instrument/Tool to required performance specifications and market for sale; 2) Create a Do-It-Yourself kit requiring assembly and testing and market for sale. If the decision is to not proceed, terminate project and apply KT principles.
