Improve the health and functional status of older adults in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) by incorporating exercise into their daily activities.

Abstract: Improve the health and functional status of older adults in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) by incorporating exercise into their daily activities. This is to improve home-exercise adherence focusing on low physical performers who have a higher risk of losing their PACE status.
