The Global Health Initiative is a student-organized group for people interested in global health issues.
By joining the student-organized Global Health Initiative (GHI), you’ll be a part of a community that maintains a global health dialogue within the School of Public Health and Health Professions and beyond. You’ll be the first to learn about graduate student opportunities in global health, including fieldwork, internships, employment, receipt of grants and access to datasets.
Ongoing conversations about global health take the form of journal clubs, lectures, seminars, meetings and symposia.
The GHI is open to all graduate students interested in global health and related disciplines. All members have voting privileges. The club meets a minimum of twice a month during the academic school year, with the exception of final exam months, December and May.
