Hands-On Training with Elite Athletes

Our program provides more than 300 hours of supervised clinical experience across two semesters at various clinical sites. Students gain exposure with varied populations and settings, training alongside strength and conditioning coaches to develop applied skills essential for success.

What You'll Learn in Clinical Training

  • Design and implement evidence-based training programs
  • Conduct client assessments and peformance testing
  • Supervise and coach proper exercise techniques
  • Communicate with coaches, athletic trainers and sports medicine/sports performance staff
  • Manage strength and conditioning facilities and equipment
  • Develop professional skills through reflective clinical practice
