JianBo Qiao

JianBo completed his master's degree in exercise science from UB in 2023 and is now pursuing his PhD in the same field. For his master's thesis, he conducted research on investigating maximal oxygen uptake tests facilitated by a certain warm-up intensity. Currently, his research interests revolve around studying the impact of work-to-rest ratios on physiological responses to heat stress during exercise and post-exercise recovery.
