Sofia Perez Yudin

Sofia graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Dietetics and is currently pursuing an MS in Clinical Nutrition with the University at Buffalo. Her current research interest is how nutrition impacts heat acclimation. Outside of academics, she enjoys exploring Buffalo’s restaurants and coffee shops and hiking in the Adirondacks. In the future, she plans to work as a clinical dietitian in Western New York.
