Summary

Tiffany Rutecki is the clinical director and instructor for the Clinical Nutrition MS program. She has ten years of experience at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC). Although she has worked with patients experiencing various health conditions, her primary focus has been in the medical and trauma intensive care units. 

Throughout her time at ECMC, she has been a dedicated preceptor for University at Buffalo and D’Youville University graduate students. She takes pride in educating students to apply nutrition knowledge across diverse clinical settings.

She has additional experience teaching medical nutrition therapy as an adjunct faculty member at Trocaire College from 2014 to 2017.
