Project name: Surveying the Buffalo Food Environment
Project goals: The goal of the project is to finalize the food environment instrument and collect preliminary data.
Project tasks: Students will conduct surveys of the food environment in dollar stores in the city of Buffalo. Local travel and transportation is required.
Duration of research experience: Summer 2024
Time commitment: 2-3 credits
How many hours a week will the student be working: 6-9 hours/week
Will this be in person or remote: In-person and transportation is needed as this will require traveling around Buffalo for data collection.
